Berlin-based Product Engineer & Tech LeaderFinLogos is being built by Goscha, a foundational product engineer with over 15 years of experience in tech across engineering, design, and leadership roles.
Georg was a founding engineer and tech lead at Forto, a logistics unicorn that grew to 500+ employees and reached a $2 billion valuation. Most recently, he served as Engineering Team Lead at Deed, where he managed customer experience teams and led the adoption of AI coding tools across the company.
His technical expertise spans AI technologies including LLMs, generative AI, and natural language processing—the exact technologies powering FinLogos. Beyond technical skills, he brings deep experience in building engineering cultures focused on innovation, collaboration, and psychological safety.
Georg combines a rare mix of technical depth, product thinking, and leadership experience—ideal for building a transformative financial intelligence platform from the ground up.
